You’ll need a valid ID for events with age restrictions, and to drink alcohol. Any of these will get you in: A state-issued ID or driver’s license Current US Government or military ID An official passport We take underage drinking seriously, and if you don’t have an ID that proves you’re 21 or older, you won’t be able to buy, drink or carry alcohol in the venue. If you break these rules, you will be removed from the amphitheater. And no, you won’t get a refund.

All of our events are all ages. Children 2 and under do not require a ticket, but must sit on a parent's lap. Also, we suggest you please make sure your kids have ear protection. 

You can’t get a refund, but you can sell your tickets to another fan via your Live Nation account. Click here to find out more. 

If your show was canceled, you'll be notified ASAP about a potential reschedule. Refunds will be available at the point of purchase.

Will call tickets are available for pickup at the box office located next to the main gate. Please make sure that you have a photo ID matching the purchaser's name to pick up tickets. Any name changes need to go through Ticketmaster Customer Service - 800-653-8000. 

Guests are not permitted to put tickets in will call for other guests to pick up. You will need to arrange to meet your party at the facility to deliver tickets.

If tickets or passes are being left for you, they will only be left at the box office. This includes meet and greet passes, backstage passes, press passes, and tickets from the tour or other promotional company. We do not get these tickets until the day of the event close to doors so please do not try to pick them up earlier. If your tickets/passes are not in will call, you will need to contact the person that left them for you to determine where they are. The box office cannot contact any member of the tour for you.

You’ll have to talk to wherever you bought the tickets from to change ownership. If you’re a radio contest winner, guest of someone in the band, or a VIP, touch base with your original contact and they’ll talk to us about any changes.

Nope. We don’t do in-and-outs, so make sure not to leave unless you’re definitely done enjoying the show.

Yes, but only in the lawn and plazas. We ask that you consider the people around you when smoking, and don’t smoke in the reserved seating areas.

Yes, as long as it’s a personal point-and-shoot camera, or on your cellphone. You can’t bring a professional camera or a camera with detachable lenses, without a valid media pass.

The lawn is always first come, first served. You might see a row or seat number on your lawn ticket – this is just for tracking purposes.

Lawn chairs are available for free for most shows at the lawn chair tent near the northside of the lawn, and must be turned in at the end of the event. Our rental chairs are 27.6” wide X 27.6” deep X 30.5” tall. Guests are able to bring their own lawn chairs, but they must be no higher than 9 in off the ground. No bag chairs, camping chairs, or folding chairs are permitted. To rent a lawn chair in advance, click on the "UPGRADES BY SHOW" dropdown on our UPGRADE PAGE and select "Lawn Chair Rental". *This policy is subject to change.

If you lose an item while you are at an event- you can visit our Information Hub located at Gate 2 to see if it has been turned in. Otherwise please call 317-233-2434 Monday-Friday 10am - 5pm to check to see if your item was found.

Everwise Amphitheater is located in White River State Park. Tailgating is not permitted within the park. 

Yes, your bag will be searched when you enter. You have the right to refuse a bag search, and we have the right to refuse entry. If you have any items that aren’t allowed in the venue, put them back in your vehicle.

To make entry as quick as possible, we only allow CLEAR plastic/vinyl tote bags (no bigger than 12” x 6” x 12”), and/or small clutch bags (6”x 9”). The small clutch bags don’t need to be clear. We don’t allow any other type of bag.

• Clear plastic, vinyl or PVC tote bags no larger than 12” x 6” x 12” and/or small clutch bags (6”x 9”).
• Cameras – nonprofessional only, no detachable lenses
• Food – in a clear, 1-gallon ziploc bag
• Lawn Chairs – low profile (seat no more than 9 inches off the ground) *subject to change per event, check the Know Before You Go section.  
• Water – up to two (2) 1-gallon in a factory sealed or empty bottle per person *subject to change per event, check the Know Before You Go section.
