Arrival & Accessible Entrances:
The main entrance to Everwise Amphitheater is fully accessible. If you hold a VIP Club ticket, that entrance is also fully accessible. If you require an accessible entrance, please use the main entrance and a member of the guest services staff can assist you to the accessible seating area.
Restrooms:
The accessible restrooms are located in the oval near the main entrance and on the south side of the venue near our VIP Club. There are accessible stalls in both the men’s and women’s restrooms and accessible family restrooms in both locations. Standard baby changing tables are available in the family restrooms.
Ticketing:
Tickets located in our accessible section can be purchased online at EverwiseAmphitheater.com. Our box office is not equipped to take ticket orders over the phone; however, accessible tickets can be purchased in person at the box office on any show day or on our website.
To purchase accessible seating online for Everwise Amphitheater, please click “Filters” in the top right corner then “Show Accessible Tickets.” You must select either a wheelchair-accessible or limited mobility ticket to access the companion tickets. If these tickets are sold out, please purchase a General Admission Lawn ticket and we will do our best to accommodate you on the day of the show. We will seat those needing accessible seating once the venue gates open on the day of the event. Please be advised that this is done on a first come, first served basis and our accessible seating area can reach capacity early. If your seats are in the pit on the floor we have ramps to the left and right of the stage that are easily accessible.
Accessible Parking:
A limited amount of wheelchair-accessible parking spaces are available in the VIP Surface Parking lot with placards or accessible license plates and are available on a first-come, first serve basis. Let the parking staff know that you need accessible parking and they can direct you to this lot, if space is still available. Parking passes for each concert are available for purchase at EverwiseAmphitheater.com. If you do not need wheelchair accessible parking please park in the general parking spaces in the area. Accessible parking spaces cannot be reserved in advance.
In addition to the VIP Surface Lot Parking lot, there are additional spots in the White River State Park Parking Garage and the path from the garage is also accessible.

If you need to enter with prescribed medication to be taken during the event, we require that all medication be in its original container with a name that is verifiable with a photo ID. If you do not have a container with a name on it, we may request documentation that allows us to confirm the need for this medication as you enter the venue. Please only bring what is required for the duration of the event. We cannot store any type of medication. Over-the-counter medication must be in its original packaging.
Dietary Needs:
Everwise Amphitheater takes pride in offering a variety of choices for guests with special dietary needs. You may request to speak with a member of our Food & Beverage team with specific questions or concerns. While we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate dietary requests, we cannot guarantee that they will be able to meet all requests. Guests are able to bring in up to 1-gallon sized zip lock back of outside food/snacks if you would like to bring specific items to meet your dietary needs.
Service Animals:
At Everwise Amphitheater, we have specific guidelines to ensure all guests and their service animals are supported throughout their visit.
Service animals are defined by the ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act) as dogs or miniature horses that are trained to do work to perform tasks related to people with disabilities. The work or task the service animal is trained to do must directly relate to the person's disability. Service animals must be housebroken. Service animals are required to behave and not repeatedly bark, growl, jump up on or lunge at other guests or employees. Corrective action must be taken if the service animal is not behaving appropriately.
Dogs whose sole function is to provide comfort or emotional support do not qualify as service animals under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). Comfort animals, emotional support animals, and therapy dogs are not listed as service animals under Title II and Title III of the ADA. This also applies to the other species of animals wild or domestic, trained, or untrained. The ADA requires the service animal to be under the control of the handler. This may include using a harness, leash, or other tether. Our venue employees are not required to provide for, the care, or supervision of a service animal, including cleaning up after it. Service Animals must remain on the floor and are not allowed on dining chairs or tables in our food and beverage locations. Live Nation and our operating partners have the right to deny access to a dog that disrupts our operations.
Please contact a member of the guest services team if your service animal needs access to a relief area. You will need to exit the venue and re-enter with the assistance of a member of the guest service team.
